Share Your Customer Insights & Data

Next, you’ll send me your customer research, insights, and any key info you have. The more details you provide, the better I can tailor the copy to speak directly to your audience.

Creating & Iterating

Once I’ve got everything I need, I’ll dive into creating your deliverables. Depending on the complexity, you can expect drafts in 2-4 weeks. We’ll keep refining the copy as we go, ensuring it’s exactly what you need.

Revisions & Finalizing

After the first draft, we’ll go through revisions to make sure it’s spot-on. I use Google Docs for written content, Loom for explainer videos, Asana for keeping everything organized and in sync, and Slack for direct communication.

I typically respond to any contact within 4 hours during normal business hours, so you won’t be left waiting. I’m always here to answer questions and make sure we stay on track.
